Return & Exchange Policy

 

BODY CARE

Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective and you would like a refund or replacement, please contact us at customerservice@stacisherri.com within 15 days of the purchase date and include your order number in the email subject line, photo documentation of any reported damage or defect, and we’ll take care of the rest.

CLOTHING

Thank you for shopping Staci Sherri! We want you to feel good about the order you placed and will be happy to return/exchange full price unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery date. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt of your order. Merchandise must be in the same condition as when it arrived –, unworn and unwashed with all tags and original packaging. Swimwear and Intimates are final sale; no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Merchandise on “sale” or marked "as is" or "final sale" cannot be returned/exchanged.

Before sending your return/exchange shipment, email us at customerservice@stacisherri.com please include your order number, billing name, address and phone number with the item(s) & the reason for return / exchange. 

Without the order number, a refund will be made in the form of an even exchange or a merchandise credit will be issued for the current selling price. If you received the item as a gift, in which case price information is not indicated on the front of the slip, email us customerservice@stacisherri.com to ensure you receive proper reimbursement. We cannot process returns for items purchased on any other website, or in retail, outlet or department stores. Please note any other website, or in retail, outlet or department stores cannot assist you with your Staci Sherri online return/exchange. Credit will be issued within 30 days of receipt of your return to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling, gift packaging, and other fees that are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges and sales tax and duties on shipping are not refundable.

We will provide you with a shipping label if we shipped an incorrect item, we will ship the correct item at no cost to you via Standard Ground Delivery. 

We suggest that you send your return via a carrier that has a delivery confirmation tracking number. This will ensure that you will receive confirmation when your package is delivered to us. You will also be able to track your package should it become lost in the mail. We are not responsible for any items lost in shipping. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. You may also use your own shipping method for your return or exchange at your own expense. 

You can send items back to us at the address below using any insured shipping method and or carrier with tracking, please be sure to include your name, email and phone number inside the package as well as your order number on the package. Carefully repackage your items back into your shipping box along with your packing slip, and seal your package with packing tape. We recommend making a copy of your packing slip for your records.

Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, excluding US national holidays.  9:30 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Our customer service specialists will respond to your inquiry within 72 hours.

SSI reserves the right to verify any refund requests and request a return of the products you purchased.
