Due to hygiene and safety standards, all B-Fly body care products are final sale.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, including:

scrubs

exfoliating sponges

skincare accessories
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
Although we do not accept returns, we will assist if your package arrives with a verified transit-related issue, such as:

leakage

breakage

punctured containers

a product damaged in shipping

a defective item that impacts safe use
If this occurs, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so our team can review your order and determine the appropriate solution.
Replacements are approved on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to request additional information if needed to verify a transit issue.
What Is Not Considered Damage
We do not provide replacements or refunds for:

normal variations in texture, color, or firmness (common with natural products)

melting or hardening due to weather/temperature

scent variations

dissatisfaction with personal preference

used or opened items

general wear from handling after delivery

Natural shifts in shea butter, soap texture, or consistency do not qualify as damage.
Order Errors
If you believe you received the wrong item or are missing an item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery so our team can review and assist.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as most orders begin processing immediately.
