This Privacy Policy explains how Staci Sherri Inc handles your information on www.stacisherri.com, www.bflybodycare.com, and any related services that link to this Privacy Policy (the “Services”). By visiting and using our Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Your privacy is a serious matter to us. In order to make your visits to our Services as worthwhile as possible, we may collect certain information from you. This Privacy Policy explains, in general, what information is collected via the Services and how the information is used. What Information Is Collected?

  • Username and password; Social media, instant messaging address; 
  • Payment information, such as credit card number, expiration date, and credit card security code, where needed to complete a transaction;
  • Demographic information, such as date of birth and gender; and
  • Correspondence you send to us.

Information we collect automatically. We may collect information automatically, such as your device type, Internet Protocol (IP) address, device and advertising identifiers, browser type, operating system, Internet service provider, the date and time of your visit, and information about the links you click and your activity on our Services.

We may also use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to automatically collect this information. You may have the option to refuse a cookie; however, doing so may, in some cases, preclude you from using or impact the display or function of the Service and its features. By using our Service, you consent to our use of cookies and similar technologies.

Some web browsers have a “Do Not Track” preference that transmits a “Do Not Track” header to the websites you visit with information indicating that you do not want your activity to be tracked. We currently do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as there is no standard for how online services should respond to such signals. We may aggregate or de-identify the information described above. Aggregated or de-identified data is not subject to this Privacy Policy. We may also disclose aggregate statistics regarding user behavior as a measure of interest in, and use of, our Service and emails to third parties in the form of aggregate data, such as overall patterns or demographic reports that do not describe or identify any individual user.

How Is Your Information Used?

We use the collected information to provide services you request, including:

  • To assist customers with use of our Service, including responding to your questions, processing your order, and providing you with the products, services and features offered on or through our Services;
  • To develop and improve our Services to your interests, and maintain our internal record keeping;
  • To monitor use of our Services and detect, prevent, and address technical issues and engage in data analytics and troubleshooting; and

Do We Disclose Information To Others?

  • Co-Sponsored Contests, Sweepstakes, and Offerings. Some of the contests, sweepstakes, and other offerings that we may make available on or through our Services from time to time may be co-sponsored by another company. The information we obtain from you in connection with such a contest, sweepstake, or offering may be shared with our co-sponsor. In those situations, our co-sponsors will have the right to use your information for their own purposes, in accordance with their own policies. We are not responsible for how our co-sponsors may use your information.
  • Service Providers. We use third-party partners to provide our e-commerce solution, and we may use third-party partners to help operate our Services. We may share your information with third party e-commerce solution partners, our affiliates, service providers, and other third parties that provide products or services for or through the Service or for our business. We require our service providers to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information.

We may disclose user information to government authorities, and to other third parties when compelled to do so by government authorities, at our discretion, or otherwise as required by law in our good faith belief, including but not limited to in response to court orders and subpoenas and as otherwise required in connection with a judicial or government proceeding or legal process. We also may disclose user information when we have reason to believe that someone is causing injury to or interference with our rights or property, other users of the Service, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. Staci Sherri cooperates with law enforcement inquiries and other third parties to enforce laws, intellectual property rights, and other rights.
  • Business Transfer. In the event that Staci Sherri Inc, or substantially all of its assets, are acquired by one or more third parties as a result of an acquisition, merger, sale, reorganization, consolidation, or liquidation, personal information may be one of the transferred assets.
  • Third Party Advertising. We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Service. These companies may use information (generally not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other sites and services over time in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. How Long Do We Retain Personal Information?

We maintain information you submit to us for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Security

Protecting your information is a priority for us and we use commercially reasonable measures to protect the security and integrity of all information collected via the Services from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. You should understand that due to the inherent nature of the Internet as an open global communications vehicle, we cannot guarantee that information, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our system or otherwise in our care, will be absolutely safe from intrusion by others. Children and Privacy

Our Services are directed to a general audience comprised of adult users and teenagers who are 13 years old or older. Therefore, we do not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a customer is under the age of 13, we will remove his or her information from our files. 

International Users: The Services are designed for and targeted to U.S. audiences and are governed by and operated in accordance with the laws of the U.S. We make no representation that our Services are operated in accordance with the laws or regulations of any other nations. By using our Services and providing us with information, you understand and agree that your information may be transferred and stored on servers located outside your resident jurisdiction and, to the extent you are a resident of a country other than the United States, that you consent to the transfer of such data to the United States for processing by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 

Third Party “Linked-To” Websites: When you are on our Services you may have the opportunity to visit, or link to, other sites not operated by Staci Sherri Inc, including other sites operated by unaffiliated third parties. These sites may collect information about you. We do not control sites that are operated by these entities and are not responsible for the information practices of these sites. This Privacy Policy does not address the information practices of those other sites.

Changes to this Privacy Policy: We reserve the right to change or update this Privacy Policy, or any other of our policies or practices, at any time. We will notify users of changes to this Policy by posting such changes or updates on this page. Any changes or updates will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your agreement to abide by the Privacy Policy as changed. Under certain circumstances (for example, if we would like to use your personal information in a manner different from that stated in our Privacy Policy at the time of collection), we may also notify you of changes or updates to our Privacy Policy by additional means, such as by sending you an email.
