If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us at email@example.com within 15 days of the purchase date and include your order number in the email subject line, photo documentation of any reported damage or defect, and we’ll take care of the rest.
We are sorry to hear your shipment is lost or stolen. STACI SHERRI is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. We’re sorry to hear you want to return your merchandise. Return/exchange full price unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery date. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt of your order. Merchandise must be in the same condition as when it arrived –, unworn and unwashed with all tags and original packaging. Swimwear and Intimates are final sale; no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Merchandise on “sale” or marked "as is" or "final sale" cannot be returned/exchanged. Within 30 days of receipt of your return merchandise, refund will be processed to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling, gift packaging, and other fees that are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges and sales tax and duties on shipping are not refundable.
We suggest that you send your return via a carrier that has a delivery confirmation tracking number. This will ensure that you will receive confirmation when your package is delivered to us. You will also be able to track your package should it become lost in the mail. We are not responsible for any items lost in shipping. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. You may also use your own shipping method for your return or exchange at your own expense.

Yes! All of our products are Vegan and Cruelty free. No animals were harmed in the making of these products.
STACI SHERRI products are proudly made in the USA utilizing domestic and imported packaging. Our B’FLY Body Care products are imported from Tamale, Ghana. Our shipping packaging is made in China.
STACI SHERRI is dedicated to using clean, safe and effective vegan body care products. Most of our products are organic and all natural. Some of our products have fragrance. On every product page we list the ingredients used in each product.
With every purchase some proceeds go back to the women of Tamale.
